1. When will my order ship ?
We at MYSOULANDSPIRIT STORE know that our customers want their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to get all orders processed and shipped out immediately.
You can expect your merchandise to arrive within 10 -16 days of purchase.

2. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Sorry, right now we don't have a wholesale program. Maybe in the future.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express... and all other major Credit Card
4. What is your replacement/return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
We typically do not accept returns and resend due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

5. Modifying or changing an order (size/color/design/address..)
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Service and request order modifications. Please submit request at: HERE
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. Thanks for your understanding.

9. I ordered more than one, why did I only receive one?
We process your orders through different warehouses all around the globe. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers, so you can get items faster. Therefore, when you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next one - so no need to worry if you don't receive them all at once, know they are on their way and they will get to you.
