We want to make your shopping experience at https://mysoulandspirit.com/ enjoyable.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page. We are not responsible for refunds, returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to assist you.

Payment Policy

At MySoulandSpirit.com, all transaction is conducted in USD Currency only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and has partnered with 2 payment gateways for your convenience — PayPal and STRIPE. The payment gateways available to you will differ depending on your country and the card you choose to use. You can pay without a PayPal Account by clicking "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Go to support@mysoulandspirit.com and describe the issue in detail including the reason why you wish to return the item, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. To be happening within 7 days. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to support@mysoulandspirit.comwithin 7 days upon receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, mysoulandspirit.com will cover the related cost to reimburse.
  2. Once we receive the above information, we will review your case and offer you a solution

Note: After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement, the return or exchange for any reason. 

 

Cancellation & Modification Policy

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service at support@mysoulandspirit.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. Please be advised that after 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified as well as can no longer be allowed.

Please take note:

*Only the same product with equivalent product price is allowed to be changed within 24 hours.

*For order /item cancellation, handling fees according to tier will be charged
Order amount ranged as below

Tier 1 (from $1 to $30) — 10 % handling fees
Tier 2 (from $30.01 to $50) — 8 % handling fees
Tier 3 (from $50.01 and above) — 5 % handling fees

*Cancellation charges are bearable by the customer for the payment gateway processing fees.

 

Order not receive

If your items have not arrived within 30 days (US) or 45 days (Internationally) after payment completed, contact us through support@mysoulandspirit.com for a free item replacement. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries)

 

WARRANTY SOLUTIONS:

  1. My Soul and Spirit’s responsibility:
  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
  1. Customer's responsibility:
  • We can allow a return on products if the customer received the wrong or damaged product.
  • All shipping fees for an exchange or return are at the customer's own expense and are non-refundable.
